This was because of a truck driver. Almost every part of our lives is affected because a truck driver delivered the goods that people and businesses needed.
This month, W.I.S. Logistics is celebrating National Truck Driver Appreciation Week beginning on September 12th. This week is when we particularly thank our drivers and Core Carriers for doing one of the most in-demand and demanding jobs. Our drivers not only deliver products safely, but also on time when we need them the most. Last year, our carriers put their health and safety on the line to make sure you had what you needed during a global pandemic.
We’re proud that of the 3.6 million drivers in the U.S, a portion of them work with W.I.S. Logistics as Core Carriers. 90% of our freight delivered is tendered to one of our Core Carriers and their drivers. In highlighting our carriers, we must also congratulate them for meeting our program standards.
