During the second week of every September, W.I.S. Logistics takes the time to honor our carriers and others for National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. This week was established in 1998 by the American Trucking Associations to recognize the vital work that drivers do to keep the world and its people moving.
With over one million working truck driving professionals in the United States, these hard-working men and women help deliver over 10 billion tons of freight every year. This is about 70% of all freight moved in the country!
